Paul Titov & Co brings together an 11-person multidisciplinary team across product analysis, design, software and mobile engineering, AI, data, infrastructure, SEO, and performance growth.

We work as one senior delivery team rather than a chain of separate vendors. Product, technical, design, and growth decisions share the same context, and clients work directly with the specialists responsible for the outcome.

Private by default

Most engagements — and almost all current client work — are protected by non-disclosure agreements. That is the normal operating model of the studio, not an exception reserved for sensitive projects.

NDAs limit the names, interfaces, commercial data, and technical details we can publish. The public work section therefore uses anonymised project notes and only describes what each agreement permits. Where a client authorises it, references and more specific context can be shared privately during a serious project conversation.

Confidentiality continues inside delivery: access is limited to the people working on the engagement, production credentials and client data are handled deliberately, and public communication is never assumed to be part of the relationship.

How the studio works

Boutique by size means fewer management layers, direct communication, and senior involvement throughout the work. Full-cycle by capability means the same team can move from analysis and product design into engineering, infrastructure, measurement, and growth without repeatedly rebuilding context.

We can start with an idea, enter a live codebase, take ownership of one difficult subsystem, or embed alongside a corporate product and engineering organisation. Engagements are formalised through service agreements, clear scope, and an NDA where required — which, in practice, is almost always.

When a client arrives with an idea rather than a spec, we run discovery: stakeholder interviews, requirements, competitive and technical research, MVP definition, architecture planning, user stories, estimation, and risk. Who works on a project?

The studio has 11 specialists across analysis, design, software and mobile engineering, AI, data, infrastructure, SEO, and performance. A project uses the disciplines it actually needs, and clients communicate with the people responsible for decisions and delivery rather than an unrelated sales layer.

Do you work only on complete new products?

No. We can define and build a new product, enter an existing codebase, modernise a platform, deliver one integration, or own a constrained subsystem alongside an internal team. We do not require a rewrite or a full-cycle engagement when a smaller intervention is the responsible choice.

Why are most client names missing from the work section?

Almost all client engagements are protected by NDA, so public case notes are anonymised and limited to permitted technical context. We do not invent logos, revenue figures, reviews, or endorsements. Where a client gives permission, additional project evidence or a reference can be discussed privately with a qualified prospective client.

Do you consider sensitive or unconventional product categories?

We discuss technically serious work case by case rather than rejecting a project because its category is unconventional or commercially sensitive. The work must still be lawful, technically responsible, and compatible with applicable platform and provider rules; regulated status and business compliance remain the client’s responsibility and are reflected in the system requirements.

Where do you work, and in which languages?

The team is based in Ukraine and works with companies worldwide. Project communication is available in English and Ukrainian, with formal service agreements and remote delivery across time zones.
