Paul Titov & Co is a boutique product engineering and AI studio based in Ukraine. We design and build software, mobile products, AI features, data systems, infrastructure, and growth measurement for companies worldwide.

Work is contracted as services. Most engagements, and almost all current client work, are covered by a non-disclosure agreement. Public case studies are anonymised where the agreement requires it.

We are not a bank, payment institution, cryptocurrency exchange, custodian, investment provider, or other regulated financial institution. Sensitive product categories are considered case by case and must be lawful.
