One catalog, three customer surfaces

A single product catalog feeds three surfaces: a Laravel storefront, native iOS and Android apps, and a Telegram bot that can browse, create a cart, and take payment. The client name is withheld under NDA; the case study describes the architecture and delivery responsibility.

Five months covered first public ship: product and visual design, the store, the API the apps sit on, the Telegram shop, analytics, technical SEO, paid acquisition setup, and submission to Google Play and the App Store. The system is still live.

Commerce architecture and synchronisation

Laravel provides the commerce backend and administration layer. MySQL stores the operational catalog and order state; Redis supports caching and background work; Elasticsearch serves product search; REST APIs provide the same products, accounts, carts, pricing, and orders to the web storefront, Swift application, Kotlin application, and Telegram integration.

The critical requirement is consistency. A product, price, inventory state, promotion, or order transition has to mean the same thing on every channel. Payments through Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay flow into one order model rather than separate channel-specific records.

Delivery, discovery, and measurement

The engagement connected e-commerce product engineering, native mobile development, product design, technical SEO, and acquisition measurement. GA4, GTM, Search Console, advertising integrations, and store analytics were implemented against the shared commercial events.

No revenue or customer figures are published. The evidence is the operating system: a shared catalog, several customer surfaces, payment paths, product discovery, and a release process that keeps them aligned.
